Can't believe it is already December 9th! Where does time go?!

Since it is the season... I thought I might share some of my favorite things in case you need some ideas for Christmas gifts. About 3 years ago one of my best friends got me a Pandora Charm Bracelet, and she has since been filling it with meaningful charms as the years go by...

Well, Pandora jewelry has certainly grown and I now see it EVERYWHERE. In fact, the Columbia Mall just opened a Pandora Store. If you have no idea what I am talking about, you have to go check it out!

I love my bracelet because when I look at it, I knew who each bead came from and what milestone in life that it represents. :)

You might remember Megan and Travis's wedding from October if you are a faithful blog follower.... (can't link it, sorry!!!) Well, Lauren is his sister and will be getting married this coming February at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. I had so much fun with Lauren and Mark at their session.... and have picked some of my favorites to share!

They met on a plane... which I think is the coolest thing ever! So, of course we did some of their photos at BWI. :)

We started at Mark's house, and walked down the road to this cute little bridge where he proposed. :)

And then on the way to the airport we stopped at their favorite snowball stand.. which was obviously closed at this time of year. But, still made for fun pics!

They were troopers.... I can't imagine that the cement was not cold. :)

And then we went to BWI....

They rode the "kids plane" at the observation deck... which by the way, I had NO IDEA existed!

Afterwards we went to s nearby field.... and since they met on a plane... it was only appropriate.

This is one of my favorites. Mark and Lauren are super cute together! Lauren laughs non-stop, and I think that Mark and my husband would be bff's. It was crazy how similar they are...

So cute!

Mark says that he spotted a gray hair, which would be Lauren's first by the way(IF it was really there...). I zoomed in....and didn't see one.... They all look brown to me!

Thanks Lauren and Mark for such a great time!!!! Had so much fun and loved shooting at your locations! Can't wait until the wedding!

I had the honor of photographing Katie and Randy's wedding at the Newton White Mansion in Michelleville, MD in November. I had not worked at this venue before but LOVED it, and would totally recommend it! They had the most amazing weather for a November wedding... and they still had some color on the trees. :) Perfection!

Katie's makeup was done by the fabulous Amie Decker. If you are looking for a makeup artist, I HIGHLY recommend her... Did I mention she was fabulous!? (and we LOVE to work together!)

On to Katie and Randy.... Katie I just love to pieces and it is no wonder that Randy fell head over heels when he met her. She has a bubbly personality, and is all smiles. She is a great person to be around...and I am not surprised that she had 3 maids of honor. It is obvious that people love to be around her. Every time she e-mails me, I laugh.....out loud. :) So here she is getting her hair done on her wedding day. All smiles of course!

And I love this photograph of her mom peeking in to see her get into her dress. So perfect!

And her gorgeous necklace.....

Her flowers were done by Blooms Florist and they were perfect. Such a gorgeous fall bouquet.

I loved the setup at the Mansion for Katie and her dad to walk down the aisle. They came from separate sides and met in the middle to walk down the aisle. Here is Katie coming to meet her dad...

And her handsome groom, Randy!

I loved that her dad removed her blusher. It isn't very common anymore, but it was such a tender moment. I remember meeting with Katie's dad before they booked... and you could tell that Katie is his little girl. I left that meeting holding back tears because as he signed the contract, he smiled at her while holding back his own tears.

Love that Katie smiled from ear to ear all day long! It was so much fun to watch her in her dress.... she danced around in it and loved every second of it! It was too cute!
